This cinnamon honey not only gives you instant flavour but over time infuses with the honey. Don’t expect a very strong cinnamon flavour right away, it should be subtle but noticeable & will get stronger the longer you let it last.. if you can resist eating it right away!

This honey is made using the finest honey produced on our local chosen farm near Tamworth, Staffordshire & is extracted using old fashioned techniques.

These techniques ensure the honey is never heated or processed in a way which alters the flavour which means you can enjoy your honey the way our bees intended.

Description

Our honey is produced from a mix of natural local flowers & is light & runny with a distinctive floral flavour. Please note that individual batches of honey differ as the bees forage on different flowers.

Honey can granulate, if this happens just sit the jar in warm water & it will return to a runny state.
