Description
This honey is produced from a mix of natural local flowers & is light & runny with a distinctive floral flavour. Please note that individual batches of honey differ as the bees forage on different flowers.
To this honey we blend powdered Ginger which not only gives instant flavour but over time infuses with the honey. Don’t expect a very strong ginger flavour right away, it should be subtle but noticeable & will get stronger the longer you let it last.. if you can resist eating it right away!
Honey can granulate, if this happens just sit the jar in warm water & it will return to a runny state.
