The Goats Milk Bath Salts are the perfect combination for soothing & relaxing your skin, with the Goats Milk doing what it does best and working its magic into problems areas & the Epsom Salt relaxing stiff & aching muscles as well as helping eliminate any toxins from your body.
Goat milk contains many vitamins, but is particularly high in Vitamin A, which is necessary to repair damaged skin tissue, & maintain healthy skin. There have been several medical studies showing that creams made with Vitamin A reduce lines & wrinkles, control acne, & provide some psoriasis & eczema relief.

Bathing Instructions: Dissolve salts in a nice warm cosy bath, Relax & soak for 20 minutes. For general skin heath & well being add 1/2- 1 cup to your bath. For a detoxification bath add 2-4 cups.
